Nicky Hilton has been the victim of battery, but the socialite is perfectly fine after she was allegedly shoved to the ground by a homeless man Saturday morning (Feb. 21) in Los Angeles.Sometime around 5 am Saturday, a commotion outside an IHOP in West Hollywood turned out to be Hilton, 25, in a tussle with a 50-year-old transient man, Michael Broadhurst. After he allegedly pushed the heiress, Hilton reportedly jumped back up and made a citizen's arrest.
Hilton and two Los Angeles deputies arrested Broadhurst, who is scheduled to be in court April 21.
